About FixMyNet
FixMyNet is a free Australian NBN troubleshooter. It walks you through diagnosing your internet problem step by step — no internet knowledge required — and either fixes it or gives you exactly what to say when you call your ISP.
Why it exists
Calling your ISP when your internet is down is frustrating. You wait on hold, get asked the same questions, and often get told to restart your modem — something you already tried. FixMyNet does the diagnostic work first so the call is shorter and more productive.
Who it's for
Any Australian on the NBN — any ISP, any connection type (HFC, FTTP, FTTC, FTTN, FTTB, fixed wireless, or satellite). It's completely free to use.
